During an interview at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year, the 40-year-old socialite has some choice words for online trolls who mock Paris' son for his head size.

AceShowbiz - Nicky Hilton is not playing when it comes to her family. During an interview at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year, the sister of Paris Hilton had some choice words for those who mocked Paris' son Phoenix for his head size.

"I think that if you are bullying an infant then you have serious issues and you really take a look at yourself," Nicki, who looked stunning in a pink feathery dress at the Tuesday, November 7 event, told Page Six. She further added, "It's so demented."

Paris also hit back at people who joked about the size of her son's head after she shared a picture of herself with the baby in October. "y'all he's just got a lot on his mind leave the kid alone," a troll wrote in the comments section. "Does he have encephalitis? … I'm not trying to be rude that doesn't seem normal," another asked.

The mom of one called out the trolls in an Instagram Story. "There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy," the hotel heiress wrote at the time. "And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain."

"Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe," the 42-year-old socialite continued. "I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance and expect the same in return."

The "Cooking with Paris" star, who welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January, added, "Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life. Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people who would target such innocence. I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy."

In a statement announcing Phoenix's arrival, Paris revealed, "It's always been my dream to be a mother, and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other." She also said that she and husband Carter Reum "are so excited to start our family together, and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
