AceShowbiz - LeBron James and Savannah James have been reaping praises for their son's politeness. After a video of their son, Bryce James, went viral, the NBA star and his wife found themselves being appreciated by many for teaching their teen boy how to be polite to others.
The 38-year-old athlete and his spouse received the compliments on Sunday, July 23. In the comments section of an Instagram post about their son politely declining a fan's request, one user exclaimed along with a clapping hands emoji, "Bryce said 'We ain't doing none of that' Awwww great job parents!!"
Another shared similar sentiment by stating, "Yeah he better ! Because LeBron seems like the type of dad that will fight you like he's the rival gang." Others, in the meantime, criticized the fan for throwing gang signs around Bryce with one saying, "Too much and you can tell he was uncomfortable! NEW SECURITY NOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! He didn't even respect his space. That's still someone's child."
In the clip that has gone viral itself, Bryce could be seen politely declining to make certain gangster signs when asked to do the pose. "We aint doing nun of that," he told the fan. Though so, he accepted the fan's request to take several pictures together. He was later documented sharing a friendly handshake with the fan.
Just weeks earlier, LeBron boasted about being a "proud" father. In a June Instagram post, the Los Angeles Lakers star congratulated his eldest child Bronny James for graduating from Sierra Canyon high school in California. He gushed, "PROUD!!!! CONGRATULATIONS & LOVE YOU KID! @bronny."
Savannah also paid a tribute to Bronny. In her own Instagram post, she penned, "The day has come and gone, but it only marks the beginning of a great journey in front of you! @bronny I am so so proud of you and I hope you are extremely proud of yourself!"
"I am forever your unwavering support, your biggest fan and beacon of guidance always! (If you ever want mom's POV, Lol) I'm so excited to see what your future holds!!" she went on to express her excitement. "I love you so much!! #GiverOfStretchmarks."
Joining the proud parents in showering love to Bronny was LeBron's mother, Gloria James. "Congratulations grandson!!!! You've always made me very proud of you. And seeing you graduate tonight, just made me feel an even bigger sense of pride," she wrote in an Instagram post.
