AceShowbiz - Miranda Lambert isn't here for fans who don't focus on her performance. The country music star has stopped her show to lash out at concertgoers who were busy taking selfies instead of enjoying the music.

During her "Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo The Las Vegas Residency" on Saturday, July 15, the Grammy Award winner was just a few bars into her song "Tin Man" when she spotted the seemingly rude concertgoers. She briefly paused her performance to scold the fans.

"I'm gonna stop here for a second. I'm sorry," she said as seen in a TikTok video filmed by one person among the audience. "These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It's pissing me off a little bit," she said while pointing to some people in front of her.

"Sorry, I don't like it. At all," the "Fastest Girl in Town" songstress continued. "We're here to hear some country music tonight. I'm singing some country damn music." After delivering the message, she launched back into the show, starting the 2016 hit from the beginning.

But not everyone in the crowd took Lambert's criticism well. While some concertgoers cheered along as she called out those distracted from the music, some people were seen walking out of the venue after she shamed them for taking selfies. "Let's go, come on, you don't do that to fans," someone was heard saying in the video.

Social media users quickly weighed in on the situation as well, with one TikTok user saying, "Miranda didn't even talk to our Vegas audience between songs hardly. Always in a mood. Fans can enjoy however they want. They paid."

"Man no wonder [Blake Shelton] left her," another slammed the "Heart Like Mine" hitmaker. A third defended the fans, "But maybe they were taking the selfies or videos to remember the occasion. I think she was out of line."

Some others agreed with Lambert though. "There's all the time in the world to partake in those activities during her rowdier, more up-tempo numbers but during her sacred ballads just shut up and listen," defended one fan. "Not exactly asking for much when there's very few on her setlist."

"How can you even disrespect 'Tin Man' like this," a second person blamed the rude concertgoers for ruining the mood. "This is one of those songs that have gotten me through the hardest times of my life. Literally. I couldn't stop crying long enough to even hold my phone if I wanted to."

Another echoed the sentiment as saying, "How could anyone talk during 'Tin Man'? It's so moving." Someone else similarly noted, "Good for Miranda. This song is so special and beautiful."
