The former couple is seen cuddling and kissing by a fireplace in the visuals, which was directed by the songstress herself.

AceShowbiz - This is surely awkward. Two weeks after Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan announced that they had called it quits, a music video for the former couple's collaborative song "Live or Die" was premiered on Monday, September 17.

Contrary to their messy breakup drama, the visuals features the two looking so in love with each other. They are seen cuddling and kissing by a fireplace as a spotlight illuminates their moves. Furthermore, they trade lyrics about pledging loyalty as Noah sings, "When you lay by my side, I see the whole world through your eyes/ Ride or die, you and I."

Noah produced and directed the music video along with Tony Corella. John Michael Mooney served as the director of photography. Judging by how loved up they look in the video, it's safe to assume that the clip was filmed before their split.

Xan previously told Billboard that the song was one of the three potential collaborations with Noah. "I think we're putting one on [my album] and one on hers," he said. But now that they have broken up, it's highly possible that they won't be releasing the other collaborations.

The two young stars first sparked breakup rumors after Xan wrote on Instagram Stories that the younger sister of Miley Cyrus cheated on her. However, Noah denied the accusation during an Instagram Live video and later claimed that the rapper was the one who cheated on her.

"I've been there for you during your dark times Diego. When you felt like you were alone and no one was there for you, I was," she said, before confirming their split, "If this was your way of breaking up with me and breaking my heart along with it, then you've succeeded."

Noah and Xan went public with their budding romance on Instagram in July, when they shared snaps of themselves getting cozy to each other.
