The mother of two might not be able to be pregnant again as it's too dangerous to 'carry' a baby on her own, considering her previous complications while she's pregnant with North and Saint West.

AceShowbiz - It seems that it won't be easy for Kim Kardashian to have a third baby with husband Kanye West, considering her previous complications while she's pregnant with North and Saint West. While she's doing everything she can to have one more kid, it turns out she might not be able to be pregnant again as it's too dangerous to "carry" a baby on her own.
In Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", Kim opened up about how she'd been feeling since the infamous Paris robbery back in October. "After what I went through in Paris, the urgency is even greater," said the mother of two, before claiming that "being a stay-at-home mom is so refreshing."
"I'd just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that's safe," Kim revealed in the latest episode of the E! reality show. "And if for some reason I left this earth sooner than I really wanted to, then my kids would have a support system at home so that I know that they would be OK if I wasn't here."
Kim announced to her family she would undergo a procedure to help her become able of carrying another baby. "Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle," she explained. "I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again myself. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try. I want my kids to have siblings and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen."
Her mom Kris Jenner told her she's putting her body through undue stress and trauma, before reminding Kim she shouldn't get pregnant again. "I'm worried, because it could be very dangerous," the momager shared, to which Kim responded, "Hopefully I can carry my own baby."
The 36-year-old reality TV star then revealed that her doctor told her "absolutely not" to carry another baby. "I really tried everything and I really want this, but it's just not gonna happen for me," she shared, adding that "it's really tough. I had a full breakdown where I was crying."
Though she underwent the said procedure, it didn't work, Kim admitted. "The surgery didn't do anything. Kanye and I are going to look into other options and see what we're comfortable with," she told her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. When Kourtney asked if she's going to use a surrogate, Kim replied, "I'm leaning more towards - I want to try," adding, "I always knew surrogacy was an option, and I didn't think it was realistic, but now I think it's the only other option for me."
Amid the baby bombshell, Kim was spotted in high spirits when stepping out with Kanye over the weekend, according to E! News. On Saturday, April 1, Kim was all smiles when she was pictured with her rapper hubby leaving a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles.
Dressing in a semi-sheer black mini dress and a long black leather coat, she grinned as she walked alongside her hubby, who matched her in a black T-shirt, pants and leather jacket. The "Famous" rapper didn't crack a smile, though.
