The 1-minute clip, which was first debuted at PaleyFest on Saturday, picks up moments after the midseason finale left off with Spencer taken to the hospital.

AceShowbiz - "Pretty Little Liars" isn't returning until April, but we've got a look at the opening scene in the season 7B premiere. The first minute of the new episode has been shared online, after being screened during the show's PaleyFest panel on Saturday, March 25.

It picks up moments after the midseason finale left off with Spencer, who was shot in the last episode, being taken to the hospital in an ambulance. The rest of the girls arrive at the hospital and not long after Toby, who got into an accident in the midseason finale, also arrives on a stretcher.

At the PaleyFest, creator I. Marlene King called the final 10 episodes a "love letter to the fans." She promised "the main reveal, which is so crazy." Janel Parrish went on dishing, "Of the last 10, there is a really big reveal at the end of every episode. You're going to find out who killed Jessica DiLaurentis, who A.D. is - all of the answers."

Speaking of the ending, King said, "All the endgames will be endgames, but nobody's going to get there super easily." Executive producer Joseph Dougherty, meanwhile, hinted that there would be more pain or sacrifice as he said, "Without hurdles, the prize isn't worth anything. So many fans simply say, 'Why can't they just be happy?' And who wants to see that? We have to have some struggle here. You have to earn your happy ending."

"Pretty Little Liars" returns with the final episodes starting Tuesday April 18th at 8/7c on Freeform.
