"Roberts had no problem cozying up to a mystery man this week when her husband of 14 years wasn't around," claims the publication, which also provides the photos. The 49-year-old actress is now involved in an "epic scandal" as the smooch sparks "more rumors of trouble in paradise with husband Danny Moder," continues the site.
"The pair was seen hugging and laughing together," the site adds, before claiming that Roberts and Moder have had "marriage problems" and even "tried a trial separation last fall to see if that could restore their bitter feelings towards each other." The webloid concludes, "Looks like their separation could continue."
However, Gossip Cop can confirm that all the allegations above are not true. The "mystery man" Roberts kissed turned out to be Richard Lovett, her longtime agent who's also one of the heads of talent agency CAA. Additionally, the Oscar winning actress' marriage to Moder is doing fine, and the couple was not in a "trial separation."
