The former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star appears to have undergone another nose job as hinted in recent photos.

AceShowbiz - NeNe Leakes' new appearance has fans wondering if she's undergone another nose job. In recent selfies posted on Instagram, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" showed off a smoother nose and a different shape.

"I liked your nose before!!" one fan commented on NeNe's recent selfie, "It was perfect! No more nose job for you pleaseeeee." A second fan wrote, "She clearly got another nose job all I'm saying is she didn't need one she was already beautiful." Another fan shared, "Why... It was fine before whatever you just did.. So disappointed."

Some fans said NeNe began to resemble Tamar Braxton. One fan shared, "Why is she starting to resemble @tamarbraxton ?" Another fan added, "Looking like a Braxton."

Other fans praised NeNe's new look. "Those nose is EVERYTHING on you! I love it! you look better, honestly!" a fan commented, "You go girl! Don't let anyone tell you what you can and can not do!" Another wrote, "I actually like this one better. Go nene."

In another selfie, NeNe was lying on her bed while baring her belly. A fan posted, "Nene! You look like someone else!" Another fan commented, "NeNe... You're beautiful.. Don't change ever again... Embrace you Boo."

According to Dr. Matthew Schulman, a board-certified plastic surgeon who didn't treat NeNe, the 48-year-old host and reality star "appears to have undergone nasal reshaping." Dr. Matthew adds, "She has likely had the hump removed and her nasal tip lifted and narrowed. This was probably accomplished by removing some bone and cartilage from her nose."

According to the plastic surgeon, a nasal reshaping would cost from be $9,000 to $12,000 with recovery time ranging from several weeks up to a full year.

While NeNe has yet to address the nose job speculations, the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant is no stranger to cosmetic surgery. She admitted in 2010 that she had a nose job, among other cosmetic procedures.

"I'm very comfortable and confident in myself," she told PEOPLE, "I just wanted a tune-up. I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am. But a better version." Her visit to the surgeon was also featured on the Bravo show.
