Khloe Kardashian points out some inaccurate scenes about her family on 'American Crime Story', but says that her sister Kim 'raves about it and loves it.'

AceShowbiz - If you think that the Kardashian chanting scene on "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson" was weird, that's because the family never did that in real life. Appearing on "The Late Late Show with James Corden", Khloe Kardashian talked about how accurate the show depicted her family.

In the now infamous "Kardashian!" cheering scene, the kids chanted the family name while watching her father's first press conference on TV. Khloe told James Corden, "There was some scene of us chanting 'Kardashian' when my dad was reading the potential suicide note, and I called up Kim cause I was like 10 (years old) back then, and said 'did that really happen?' and she said 'absolutely not that didn't happen.' "

Khloe pointed out another wrong fact on the show. "When O.J. was contemplating suicide, it was in my room, not Kim's room," she said. The "Kocktails with Khloe" host thought that the show's "sensationalizing the Kardashian name" to "bring a younger audience." Josh Duhamel who was another guest in the February 23 episode agreed with her, saying, "It makes sense that they would do that."

The wrong facts aside, Khloe appreciated how the show portrayed her father Robert Kardashian, who was O.J.'s lawyer during the trial. "I know it's phenomenal and they've done a great job," she said, adding that her sister Kim Kardashian who has watched the show "raves about it and loves it."

On her own show "Kocktails with Khloe", the 31-year-old explained why she hadn't watched the show. "It's so deep. I understand why it came back, I just feel bad and I think I'm a little more sensitive to it cause he was my 'Uncle O.J.,' " she said. "That's always what I called him, so just hearing things, or I might remember stories a little differently."

"I was also just afraid of how they would portray my dad, and I hear David Schwimmer did a phenomenal job and they play him really true to form, so I'm grateful for that," she continued, adding that she would "definitely" catch up on the series at some point.

"It's not that I won't watch it, it's just that I've had little reservations about it," she added. She also sympathized with O.J.'s kids, saying, "Like, how f***ed up. You'll never get over your mom being murdered, and now they have to be stalked with paparazzi again."

The first season of "American Crime Story" explores the chaotic behind-the-scenes dealings during the 1995 sensational murder trial that involved O.J. Simpson, played by Cuba Gooding Jr.. It airs Tuesdays at 10 P.M. on FX.
