Other celebrities like Morgan Freeman, Will Ferrell, Connie Britton, Ellie Goulding, Akon and Thandie Newton are also featured in the chilling PSA about the growing Ebola crisis in West Africa.

AceShowbiz - The One Campaign, co-founded by U2's frontman Bono, released on its website on Wednesday, November 19 a powerful PSA about the growing Ebola crisis starring celebrities including Bono himself, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. In the chilling PSA, the stars appear completely silent as they stare into the camera.

The PSA also features other stars like Morgan Freeman, Will Ferrell, Connie Britton, Ellie Goulding, Akon, Thandie Newton, Vincent Cassel and "The Walking Dead" star Danai Gurira. Two Liberian health care workers, German soccer player Per Mertesacker, African musicians Fally Ipupa and Angelique Kidjo also appear in the video.

The video is accompanied by a message to urge world leaders to act. "Ebola is devastating parts of West Africa. And every day we continue to wait - for funding to reach the ground, for nurses and doctors to be deployed, for the shattered medical services to be rebuilt - more people die. Tell world leaders it's time to act," the message reads.

The One Campaign hopes to get 250,000 signatures for its petition which hopes to "tell world leaders it's time to stop the outbreak now AND build health systems that could stop crises like this from happening ever again."

This is Bono's second effort to fight against Ebola. Recently, he joined Band Aid 30, a star-studded group who recorded the new version of the '80s hit "Do They Know It's Christmas?" to help raise funds to fight Ebola.
