The hopefuls for the upcoming cycle of the celebrity version of Donald Trump's 'Apprentice' ranges from actor Lorenzo Lamas to athlete Shawn Johnson to comedian Gilbert Gottfried.

AceShowbiz - The entrepreneurial hopefuls in the upcoming season of "The Celebrity Apprentice" are officially revealed. "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin, musician Kevin Jonas, and "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" member Brandi Glanville are among the famous contestants.
They are joined in the televised contest by Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, TV personality Leeza Gibbons, actor Lorenzo Lamas, retired baseball player Johnny Damon, Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson, and actress Vivica A. Fox.
The other participants include news personality Geraldo Rivera, actor Ian Ziering, former NFL star Terrell Owens, funnyman Gilbert Gottfried, "Deadliest Catch" star Sig Hansen, actress Keisha Knight Pulliam, and reality star Kenya Moore.
"This season of The Celebrity Apprentice is on point to be the best yet," Donald Trump says in a statement. "With 16 extraordinary contestants bringing their energy to the boardroom, it is sure to be a hit, as always."
The new cycle will have a two-night premiere starting January 4, 2015. It also will feature former winner, the late Joan Rivers. Another past champ, Piers Morgan, will return to the show as an advisor.
