'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Debuts Clip and New Trailer

The clip features an angsty scene while the extended trailer shows the heroes in celebratory mood until a surprise guest shows up.

AceShowbiz - "Avengers: Age of Ultron" rolls out new footage hot on heels of announcement of Marvel's new movie slate. A clip that shows a tense conversation with Chris Evans' Steve Rogers and Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark was shown at the studio's special event.

An extended trailer, meanwhile, arrived during the latest episode of "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.". It opens with The Avengers having a celebratory event and everyone taking turn trying to pick up Thor's mighty hammer Mjolnir.

The movie is due May 1, 2015 Stateside. Chris Hemsworth is back as Thor, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

Aaron Johnson joins the team as Quicksilver and his "Godzilla" co-star Elizabeth Olsen portrays his twin sister Scarlet Witch. Joss Whedon returns to his post behind the lens for this second installment.
