AceShowbiz - Britney Spears apparently has dropped a large amount of money on two dogs. According to new documents filed on her conservatorship, obtained by TMZ, the newly-single pop star paid $31,234.15 for two dogs she bought in 2013 as well as their accessories and food.
The white dog she bought in January was $5,568, while the other pet was bought in July for $8,212. The dogs' clothes cost $1,585 and she paid $5,205 on dog-sitting. The rest of the amount was spent on other common expenses like food.
In other news, Spears recently split from her boyfriend of one year David Lucado after he allegedly was caught on camera kissing and dancing with a woman. Spears announced her single status in a Twitter post, simply writing, "Ahhhh the single life!"
The singer talked about the split during her Las Vegas show on Sunday, August 31. "Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me," she said to the audience. "But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates. OMG, OMG, I need a hot guy. Where are the hot guys here tonight?"
In addition to working, the mother of two spent her time with her family following the split. On Monday, the "Toxic" singer shared a photo of her, her sons, sister Jamie Lynn Spears and her daughter. "At my sisters show! @jamielynnspears is playing the LA County Fair in Pomona tonight," she wrote.
