AceShowbiz - Yahoo! has released the first teaser for "Community" season 6. Offering a nostalgic look back on the past seasons, the video's concept is resurrection which is treated like making a bionic show.
It promises a "better, stronger, faster" and "more awesome" new season. The promo also takes a jab at ratings which caused the show's doom on NBC. "Where we're going...we don't need ratings," a narrator says.
Yahoo! Screen picked up the cult comedy series for a 13-episode sixth season in late June after the network canceled it in May. Series creator Dan Harmon was initially hesitant about the idea of reviving the show, but later changed his mind.
Stars Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Yvette Nicole Brown, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Ken Jeong and Jim Rash are all expected to return. Harmon said the new season would arrive "probably sometime after Christmas."
