January 20, 2014 (9:17 am) GMT
Will Graham promises that Dr. Lecter will pay for what he has done to him, while another scene teases a fight between the title character and Jack Crawford.

NBC has unleashed the first full trailer for "" season 2, giving a look at scenes from the new chapter of the psychological thriller series. It picks up where the first season finale left off, with Will Graham under arrest for the crime he didn't commit.

"I don't know which is worse, believing that I did it, or believing that you did this to me," Will tells Dr. Hannibal Lecter from behind bars, practically threatening the serial killer. "I'm going to remember, and when I do, there will be a reckoning."

Set to a haunting rendition of "Stand By Me", the video also shows gory scenes of mutilated body parts. It appears that Jack Crawford will soon find out who Dr. Lecter is as they get into a bloody fight as seen in another scene of the trailer.

"Hannibal" will return with the second season Friday, February 28 at 10/9c on NBC.
