An attorney for the 'Eternals' actress claims all she 'has ever wanted was separation and health, with positive relationships between all members of their family,' including her ex-husband Pitt.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie's team has spoken up after she's accused of sabotaging Brad Pitt's relationship with their children. The actress says she wants a "healthy" relationship with her ex-husband despite his ex-security's claims that she told her six kids to avoid their father amid their custody battle.

Jolie and Pitt, who have been at odds against each other since their split in 2016, are also battling it out in court over their French winery. Recently, Brad's attorneys filed new legal documents which include a sworn declaration written by Tony Webb, who says he used to head up a security company that offered services to Brangelina while they were married.

In the docs which were filed on Thursday, May 9, Webb claims in the aftermath of their divorce, he was contacted by Jolie's personal assistant, who he says told him to warn two of Webb's security offers, who were still working for the actress at that point, against testifying in family court.

Webb claims that Jolie's assistant asked him to relay a message to the two officers who were going to take the stand that they'd signed NDAs with her and that if they broke them she would sue them. Webb says, "One of the two individuals, Ross Foster, specified that he intended to testify regardless of the NDA, if he received a court subpoena," and that's when he learned from the officer about what Jolie allegedly had told her kids.

He continues in the subpoena, "When Mr. Foster told me this, he also told me that if asked, he would testify about statements he overheard that Ms. Jolie made to the children, encouraging them to avoid spending time with Mr. Pitt during custody visits."

In response to the claims, Jolie's attorney Paul Murphy says in a statement to the press, "Mr. Pitt's continued attempt to equate common NDAs for security personnel and housekeepers covering confidential information employees learn at work, with him demanding an expanded NDA to ensure the continued coverup of his deplorable actions remains shameful."

He adds, "This case is not about NDAs in general, but about power and control. All Angelina has ever wanted was separation and health, with positive relationships between all members of their family, including Mr. Pitt. She looks forward to the day when he is finally able to let her go."

Pitt's team includes the declaration from Webb to point out that Jolie herself uses NDAs quite a lot and that she's allegedly tried "silencing" people with them before, just like she claims the "Bullet Train" star tried to do in connection with their wine deal that fell through.

Jolie previously claimed Pitt tried to force her to sign a a "more onerous" and "expansive" NDA as part of the sale of her winery shares. When she refused to sign the NDA, Pitt allegedly "stepped back" from his agreement to buy Jolie's interest in Miraval, and the deal collapsed.

Jolie has also accused her ex-husband of physical abuse during their marriage, preceding the 2016 private jet incident with their children. Brad has denied these allegations.
