Aaryn Gries became the latest victim of " 15" eviction. The 22-year-old Texas girl, who made headlines due to her controversial statements on the show, was voted out 5-0 of the competition on Thursday, August 29 after being nominated along with Andy Herren.

In an interview with host Julie Chen following her eviction, Aaryn finally addressed her racist behavior on the show. "I do not remember saying those things," she said after Julie read back some of her racist comments. "That was not meant to be serious, and if I said those things I feel horrible because I regret that."

She later added in her final remarks, "I honestly feel horrible. I feel like in Texas we say things that are sometimes... We joke and we don't mean it. I really feel bad that this is how it has been seen and how I've come across to people. I don't want to seem like that person and I really do respect everyone in this game, although we have had some really hard times because we're all fighting for our lives in the game."

Aaryn is now sent sent to the Jury House, so Julie wasn't able to relay any news from the outside world. This means Aaryn hasn't found out that she was fired from her day job due to her insensitive remarks.

Back to the "Big Brother" house, the remaining HouseGuests played the "Big Hopportunity" competition to be the new HoH. In the game, each HouseGuest had to hop their way through a maze to collect a dozen eggs in their basket. GinaMarie was the first person to collect 12 eggs in the basket and she won the HoH.

Also in the Thursday episode, Julie announced that the HouseGuests would compete in a special competition on Sunday and there would be another live double eviction next week.
