The singer won't admit his new single is about her former sextape partner but his music video's co-star shows otherwise.

AceShowbiz -

In less than a month after releasing his controversial new single "I Hit First", hip-hop/R'n'B singer Ray J unveiled its music video on Monday, April 29 to the amusement of critics and the general public over its utter lack of subtlety. Despite the clear lyrical references capped off by the Kim Kardashian doppelganger he got for his new clip, the 32-year-old crooner maintains the song is not about her former sex tape partner.

"I think people [are] digging into it too deep. It's a song, we just having fun. I'm not trying to create no war. It's all love," Ray J answered when asked about the obvious Kim K. references but the visuals tell otherwise. The private jet shots with him and her look-a-like and the hand-held camera filming scenes with her rolling around in bed are a total giveaway.

Besides the most glaring Kim K. allusion of the curvy, olive-toned, dark haired, ponytailed model, the Kanye West and Kris Humphries references and the "F!" network TV spot towards the end of the clip are just too outward to miss on. The similarities between the music video and reality are just too obvious so much so that when Ray J says "people are digging into it too deep," viewers can say it's all too shallow.

Everyone will be so engrossed with all the Kim K.-related details they would almost miss out on Oakland rapper Bobby Brackins doing a verse on the diss song. The hip-hop artist somewhat adds some short diversion within the video but it's almost unnoticeable given all the Kardashian insinuations that were going on.
