The 'Beauty and the Beat' singer apologizes for making fun of the 'Freaky Friday' actress' tax problem, saying it 'was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say.'

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber expressed his regret about what he wrote on his Instagram on Thursday afternoon, March 14. The post, which was initially meant to blast the media press and to deny false claims about rehab and dissapointed grandparents, got highlighted because of its last line which read, "...to those comparing me to Lindsay Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements :)."

Bieber admitted his mistake for dissing Lohan. "My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say," he said. Bieber quickly took an action after realizing that he was making a joke of Lohan's problem. He said, "I immediately deleted it and rewrote it so it would show what I was really feeling and those words are up now."

The Canadian pop star then posted a message that showed his maturity as a 19-year-old to replace the deleted comment, "All this isn't easy. I get angry sometimes. I'm human. I'm gonna make mistakes. In gonna grow and get better from them. But all the love from you guys overcomes the negativity. I love u. Thanks."

Meanwhile, Lohan was said to have read Bieber's original post. Sources close to her told TMZ that the "Herbie: Fully Loaded" actress got hurt by the "senseless and mean" comment. Yet, she chose not to think too much of it because "karma" did exist and Bieber would pay for it soon.

Bieber posted a rant about "countless lies in the press right now" on his official Instagram account. He denied claims that he needed to go to rehab and his family, especially his grandparents, was disappointed in him, saying, "My family is beyond proud, and nothing's been said by them, my grandparents wouldnt know how to reach to press even of they did want to so that was a lie and rehab cmon...I know my talent level and i know i got my head on straight. i know who i am and i know who i'm not."

He also took the chance to ask people to see the real him despite recent negative reports about him, saying, "I'm a good person with a big heart. And don't think I deserve all this negative press I've worked my ass off to get where I am and my hard work doesn't stop here."
