AceShowbiz - It is now official that Denise Richards took a U-turn to rekindle her romance with Richie Sambora. The couple went public with their relationship on the red carpet of Golden Heart Awards Gala on Monday. May 7.
The event, which was held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, was organized by Midnight Mission, a support and advocacy group for the homeless in Los Angeles, to honor Sambora among others. "This is a big night for Richie, so I'm here to support him. It's really important work that he does," Richards told E! News at the event.
Richards and Sambora began dating in 2006 after she split from Charlie Sheen and he from Heather Locklear. They broke up in 2007 but remained friends. "We're back on. It's all good," Sambora confirmed. They were joined on the red carpet by Sambora's 14-year-old daughter with Locklear, Ava.
The reunion between Richards and Sambora has actually been sniffed back in November 2011. They were spotted having a romantic dinner in Woodland Hills, California.
