AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is moving in with her fiance Jason Trawick after successfully selling her Beverly Hills mansion for $4 million, a million more than the asking price. The singer will now rent a place with Trawick before finding the perfect love nest for them and her two kids.
The Beverly Hills house is full of memory for Britney whose infamous meltdown in 2008 occurred within the property. She bought the Mediterranean-style house in 2007 and originally put it up for the market a year later. The gated property has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, backyard, swimming pool and spa.
Britney and Jason hardly spent any time in the house with her tour and all. During the downtime, the couple often go on a vacation. They recently had a quiet getaway in San Francisco, staying under the radar at the W San Francisco.
