Martin Henderson, the man the 'Game of Thrones' star gave his shout-out to, is an aspiring U.K. actor who was left partially paralyzed after drunk stranger lifted him up and dropped him to the ground.

AceShowbiz - The man mentioned by Peter Dinklage at the end of his acceptance speech at the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards turns out to be a fellow dwarf who faces life in a wheelchair due to an attack by a drunk stranger. According to The Daily Mail, Martin Henderson is an aspiring actor who was left partially paralyzed after being picked up and thrown to the ground.
The 37-year-old suffered injuries to his back and legs because of the incident that took place in October 2011 outside a pub in Wincanton, Somerset. He blamed the English rugby team players, which included Zara Phillips' husband Mike Tindall, for the incident since it happened after they attended a dwarf-tossing contest at the World Cup in New Zealand.
Of the injuries he sustained, Henderson, who suffers from achondroplasia dwarfism and spinal stenosis, said, "I keep falling over and I found out today that I have fractured my arm. Every time I stand up I don't know if I'm going to fall over. I will have to use a wheelchair and I won't get any acting jobs."
Dinklage was honored with a Golden Globe trophy on Sunday, January 15. He won Best Supporting Actor in a TV series for his portrayal of Tyrion Lannister on "Game of Thrones". As he wrapped up his speech, the actor told the audience, "I want to mention a gentleman I'm thinking about in England. His name is Martin Henderson - Google him."
