The man behind the leak of Madge's new song has been charged with the crime by police investigating the case.

AceShowbiz - Roughly a month after Madonna's new single "Give Me All Your Love" leaked, the man who's responsible for the leak was found by police. Described as "a big Madonna fan," the culprit with initial J.M.R. was arrested in the city of Zaragoza in northern Spain.

A police investigation dubbed "Madonnaleaks" was launched soon after lawyers, who rep Madge, reported that they traced the posting to Spain. Recordings of the song were found in a search of the suspect's belongings. He was charged but was subsequently released.

When the song came out without her consent last November, Madge did express her disappointment. "We are asking that the fans please help us police any more leaks," her manager Guy Oseary tweeted back then. "Whoever is responsible for this leak, we ask that you please stop!"

Its official version is set to feature Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.. Together, they have filmed a music video for it, and an on-set picture has been posted by the "Born Free" singer as a teaser. Now, they are preparing for a live showcase at Super Bowl XLVI in February, 2012.

For her 2012 comeback, Madonna has inked a record deal with Interscope. "We couldn't be happier to work with Jimmy Iovine, Lucian Grainge and the entire Interscope team," Guy Oseary said in a stetement. "We anticipate a very bright future at our new home."

A new album is plotted by the end of March. Beside Minaj and M.I.A, Australian singer Sia Furler is also rumored to serve as a featured guest in the CD.
