A judge dismisses the marijuana possession case against the 'Gossip Girl' actor after his lawyer presented evidence that he has performed 80 hours of community service.

AceShowbiz - Chace Crawford won't be having any criminal record stemming from his June 2010 arrest. A judge in Plano, Texas has dismissed the marijuana possession case against the actor known for his role as Nate Archibald in "Gossip Girl" since he managed to stay out of trouble for a year and did community service.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old has got his record cleared after his lawyer presented the judge with evidence that the actor has performed 80 hours of community service. It is said that the former boyfriend of country singer Carrie Underwood worked in a hospital and a church in Texas.

Chace was arrested in the parking lot of Ringo's Pub in Plano, Texas on June 4. The "What to Expect When You're Expecting" actor was taken into custody just after midnight after police found marijuana under 2 ounces in the car he was in. He reportedly cut a deal with prosecutors when charged with pot possession days later.
