AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan, who has been under house arrest since May 26, has been summoned back to court after reportedly being tested positive for alcohol. The "Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father" actress is expected to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Airport Courthouse at 10:00 A.M. PT on Thursday, June 23 for a probation violation hearing.

TMZ reported that the 24-year-old actress failed one of the two alcohol tests administered sometime last week. It was noted that she tested positive for alcohol on one and negative on the other. Still, she tested negative for drugs in both tests. One of the tests was said being conducted just after she had a rooftop barbecue party.

Radar Online additionally claimed that Lindsay failed the test on either June 12 or June 13. One inside source dished, "Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow."

The source furthermore stated, "They don't want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest." Still, Sandi Gibbons of the District Attorney's Office told Associated Press, "We are unclear as to the violation because we have not gotten any paperwork."

Lindsay was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service on April 22 for violating her DUI probation on charges of misdemeanor jewelry theft. Because she is not a violent offender and there is no space in jails, she was instead given the house arrest.
