It's official, Jane Krakowski has become a proud mother to a baby boy. The actress playing Jenna Maroney on "30 Rock" has given birth to her first son with clothing designer fiance Robert Godley on Wednesday, April 13 in New York City. Her representative recently confirmed the happy news to Us Weekly.
"Jane Krakowski and Robert Godley are thrilled to announce the arrival of their baby boy, Bennett Robert Godley, born Wednesday, April 13, in New York," announced the rep in a statement, before offering more details, "Bennett, the first child for both Jane and Robert, weighed 7 lbs 12 ounces and is sporting blond hair just like his mom!"
42-year-old Jane herself has shared her excitement about her first child. In a statement released to the press, she gushed, "Bennett is an amazing, healthy sweet boy and we are both just crazy in love with him."
After dating more than a year, Jane announced in January 2010 she is engaged to Robert. Almost exactly one year after the announcement, she confirmed through her representative that she and her fiance were expecting a child together. Her rep stated at the time, "Both soon-to-be first-time parents could not be happier!"
