2010 Summer TV Guide: True Blood, Mad Men and More

Although the primetime season has ended, there's plenty to be watched this summer with the return of 'True Blood' and the premiere of 'The Real L Word'.

Spring has folded and Summer TV is on the way. Here AceShowbiz lists the TV programs that serve as an alternative entertainment beside basking in the sun. Some like "" and "" are returning shows while others like "" and "" are new to the ear.

One of the most anticipated returns in the hot season may as well be "". Constantly raking bigger number in each of its episode, the vampire-themed series picks up where season 2 left off when Bill was kidnapped. Creator Alan Ball said the mystery is not going to be a carrot dangled in front of audience's nose all season but will be solved immediately in the first episode airing June 13.

Another choice is multiple award winning series "". The last time fans saw the mad men, the ad agency has turned into Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce and Betty was on the plane with baby Gene while Don entered a new chapter in his career. "You'll find that out when you see it, but it's not the next day," said about where the July 25 episode will begin.

New on the screen are "" and "". The former is about a group of teens hounded by the near past when one of them goes missing and a person going by the initial A continues to torment them. Many say this is the teen version of "". The latter is the reality smack at Showtime's successful series "". One of the lesbian women in fact was whom the character Papi was modeled after.
