Conan O'Brien's Last Guests on 'Tonight Show' Announced

Tom Hanks and Will Ferrell will witness the last day of Conan as the host of 'The Tonight Show' after only five months on air.

Meanwhile, O'Brien is still fighting for "The Tonight Show" departure from 11.35 P.M. by demanding NBC to compensate the staff members who will lose their jobs when the show goes off air. Out of 190 people working in the show, 60 to 70 followed the host to L.A. last year when O'Brien was appointed as the successor of Leno. In this case, NBC is expected to pay between $40 to $50 million including $30 million to O'Brien.

In a statement, NBC said, "It was Conan's decision to leave NBC that resulted in nearly 200 of his staffers being out of work. We have already agreed to pay millions of dollars to compensate every one of them. This latest posturing is nothing more than a PR ploy." O'Brien's manager Gavin Polone denied this, saying O'Brien's priority is the welfare of his employees.
