At the 81st Annual Academy Awards, Hugh Jackman sang with Beyonce Knowles, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper in addition to sharing stage with Anne Hathaway.

AceShowbiz - Star-studded performances at this year's Academy Awards taking place on February 22 in Hollywood, California have been made available to watch through a newly-found video footage. The show's host Hugh Jackman brought Beyonce Knowles, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and many others to the stage of Kodak Theatre for a musical set.
Taking the stage in a suit and a top hat, Jackman said, "You're probably wondering why I'm wearing a suit. Well, something truly remarkable happening here. Something we thought never happened in our live times." He then continued with singing and dancing alongside a bunch of hunks and when he shouted, "Wait a minute, something is missing," Knowles appeared and joined him in the song-and-dance routine.
While Efron was paired with Hudgens, Amanda Seyfried was coupled with Dominic Cooper. They sang, "This is our last chance to share the stage before we go separate way." At the end, all of them bowed and Jackman credited "Australia" helmer Baz Luhrmann for directing the singing-and-dancing number.
Beside teaming up with Knowles, Efron, Hudgens, Seyfried and Cooper, Jackman also joined forces with Anne Hathaway during the opening number of the ceremony, which paid tribute to 2008 movies, such as "Slumdog Millionaire", "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button", "Milk", "The Reader" and "The Wrestler". However, the "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" actor was not joined by the "Bride Wars" actress until the "Frost/Nixon"-themed set when they sat face-to-face and even had a dance together.
Another performer at the 81st Annual Academy Awards was Queen Latifah. The August Boatwright of "The Secret Life of Bees" performed solo, delivering a song called "I'll Be Seeing You in All the Old Familiar Places".
