The cast of 'Heroes' will appear in several 'superheroes playing football' promo spots which will be played during Super Bowl XLIII game.

AceShowbiz - NBC have been full-throttle in utilizing the upcoming Super Bowl XLIII event for the promotions of their TV shows. One of the participating shows is "Heroes" whose cast will appear in an ad where they play the sport as superheroes.

Some of the cast have spared the time during the shooting to tell viewers about the ad and also what they think about Super Bowl itself. Greg Grunberg aka Matt reveals which crew are involved in the shooting while Jack Coleman aka Noah says that he will be the coach and hints that Hayden Panettiere aka Claire will get mangled but escapes unharmed.

Sendhil Ramamurthy aka Mohinder meanwhile, unveils that he will lift 300 pounds of guys and toss them somewhere else. Others speaking in the interview excerpts are Ali Larter and Masi Oka.

The idea of the ad is to comically explore the idea of what would happen "if the Heroes were to use their extraordinary powers unfairly in a touch-football game." NBC Entertainment Marketing President Adam Stotsky said that the clip which will be played during the game will be more or less 20- and 30-second spots.

Also released along with the interviews is a behind the scene involving the scenes made by Milo Ventimiglia, Adrian Pasdar and Masi Oka among others.
