AceShowbiz - Nominations for the yearly People's Choice Awards have been unveiled and young stars, like Miley Cyrus and Zac Efron, are counted among many of the award's contenders. Both Disney stars will compete for a new award category, Favorite Star Under 35, which is presented to mark the award show's 35th anniversary and People magazine's 35th year in existence.
Totally, there are 32 names listed in the new award category. Some other famous celebs who also make the list include Taylor Swift, Shia LaBeouf, Rihanna, Chace Crawford, Blake Lively, Eva Mendes, and Daniel Radcliffe just to name a few.
Awards winners are decided through fans voting which is underway at People's Choice Awards' official site. Balloting will continue until December 7 later this year. The event itself will be aired live on CBS from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on January 7 next year. Rapper-actress Queen Latifah has been billed to serve as host.
