The rockers were forced to re-schedule two sold out concerts that have been scheduled, due to the poor health condition of their frontman.

AceShowbiz - Rock act Foo Fighters delivered a bad news for their fans by announcing that they will have to re-schedule their already sold out shows, to be held at Morrison CO's Red Rocks Amphitheatre. According to their official website, the rockers' two scheduled performances on July 14 and 15 are being changed to September 8 and 9 at the same place and time.

The site also revealed that the band's frontman Dave Grohl's sickness was the main cause for the cancellation. The singer wasn't allowed to perform at the concerts by his doctor. "In keeping with Dave Grohl's doctor's orders, Foo Fighters have rescheduled their two sold out shows," the website read.

Meanwhile, Dave himself confirmed the news about his condition, writing on the website, "As much as it kills us to postpone shows, I'm in no shape to deliver the kind of balls-out performances that you guys deserve." The rocker then also ensured his fans that the replacement gigs will be better than ever, writing, "We're already looking forward to September when we can make it up to everyone ten times over. It's gonna be great."

Moreover, fans that have purchased tickets for the shows in July, won't be left disappointed as the band have confirmed that the tickets that have been bought can still be used for the September concerts. But if the devotees can't attend the replacement concerts, they will receive a refund that can be taken from the place where they bought the tickets in the first place. The rock act themselves are scheduled to hit the road again on July 17 in Oklahoma.
