The White Crow (International Trailer) is an upcoming biographical drama film directed by Ralph Fiennes and starring Oleg Ivenko as Rudolf Nureyev, a Soviet ballet dancer who defected to the West in 1961. The film is based on the book of the same name by Julie Kavanagh and follows Nureyev's early life in Leningrad, his training at the Vaganova Academy of Ballet, and his defection to France. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2018 and is scheduled to be released in the United States on April 26, 2019.
