Pacific Rim Uprising, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2013 monster movie Pacific Rim, is set to hit theaters on March 23, 2018. In anticipation of the film's release, Legendary Pictures has released a new TV spot that gives us a glimpse of the film's epic kaiju battles. The spot features the Jaeger Gypsy Avenger taking on a massive Category IV kaiju. The kaiju is easily able to overpower the Jaeger, and the situation looks dire. However, the spot ends with a glimmer of hope, as the Gypsy Avenger is able to deliver a devastating blow to the kaiju.
