In a hilarious new video, the first look promo for the upcoming comedy series "A.P. Bio" introduces us to the outrageous character of Jack Griffin, played by Glenn Howerton. As a former Harvard philosophy scholar, Griffin finds himself out of luck and forced to return to his hometown of Toledo, Ohio where he reluctantly accepts a job teaching A.P. Biology to a group of high school students.
