"London Has Fallen" is an upcoming action thriller film, directed by Babak Najafi and written by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, Chad St. John and Christian Gudegast. The film stars Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett and Brenton Thwaites. The film is set in London, where the leaders of the G8 nations are gathered for a funeral. When the prime minister is assassinated, the city is plunged into chaos, and it's up to Butler's character, Mike Banning, to save the day. The film is set to be released on March 4, 2016.
