The Shannara Chronicles is an American fantasy television series based on the Shannara fantasy book series by Terry Brooks. The series follows the adventures of Wil, Amberle, and Eretria as they journey to save the Four Lands from a demon army. The first season of the series premiered on MTV on January 5, 2016.
