After the Ball is a 1957 British musical comedy film directed by Charles Frend and starring Laurence Harvey, Frankie Vaughan, and Norman Wisdom. The film is based on the stage play of the same name by Noël Coward, with the screenplay written by Coward and Geoffrey Kerr. The film follows the story of a group of young people who meet at a ball and their subsequent experiences. The film was a critical and commercial success, and was nominated for three Academy Awards. The film's title song, "After the Ball", became a hit single for Vaughan.
