Mike gets to the office late and finds the entire office has congregated for the annual "associate mock trial tournament," a competition for first-year associates. Mike draws tough competition against his office nemesis, Kyle Durant. Kyle will represent the plaintiff in a case about wrongful termination and Mike will be the mock-lawyer for the defense.
But even after Jessica Pearson says that associates are off-limits to partners during the competition, Harvey pulls Mike onto a large merger case and expects no less from him. Harvey's hotel merger negotiations heat up when he finds out that the lawyer for the hotel chain they're trying to absorb is a woman from Harvey's Harvard Law School class. The competition between Harvey and Dana Scott hasn't faded... and neither has the sexual attraction.
