Harlee (Jennifer Lopez) plans to use the money she's stolen from the heist to set up a sting. But before she can, she learns Cristina (Sarah Jeffery) is missing. Knowing Miguel (guest star Antonio Jaramillo) is responsible, she rushes to his house in a rage and threatens him at gunpoint. She's horrified to learn Cristina called Miguel, and they have a relationship. Harlee reminds Miguel of their deal: Once she gives him the money, he disappears.
Harlee meets with Wozniak to tell him she was picked up by the FBI, but she frames this truth in the lie that it happened only one day ago. She says the Feds gave her the money to draw all the players out, but her plan is to give up only Donnie (guest star Michael Esper) and Linklater (Stephen Lang), giving Wozniak time to escape. Wozniak appreciates this plan but let's her know it won't work. Linklater has left the country, and Donnie is dead.
Donnie was killed by Loman in self-defense the night before, when Loman discovered him at Wozniak's house. Given the choice between telling this truth to authorities and picking a more expedient option, Loman chooses the latter - showing just how much he's changed - and he and Wozniak burn Donnie's body at a morgue.
Harlee meets Cristina to apologize for lying and finally tell her the truth before saying goodbye. Leaving Cristina with her aunt, Harlee calls Stahl (Warren Kole) to turn herself in. She tells him she has the money and wants to trade her immunity for her crew's. But Stahl lets her know that, this time, she's the one who's been outplayed.
Wozniak has the money, and he's made his own deal to save his crew. Distraught, Harlee admits she was the mole all along. Wozniak knows, and he tells Harlee he'd do anything to protect her - he can't lose another daughter. As police cars approach, it seems like the end of the road for Wozniak, but Harlee realizes she has another card he can play.
At home, Harlee starts to relax for the first time in weeks... until she hears a noise in her kitchen. She discovers Miguel holding her gun. He wants his old life back, starting with Harlee, whom he intends to punish. He begins to assault her, but Harlee takes matters into her own hands. She's not his victim anymore.
