Officer Wilden informs Hanna that he wants to test her blood to see if it matches the blood found on Ali's bracelet. Hanna thinks this is the latest of "A's" dirty deeds and that "A" is trying to frame her for killing Alison!
Meanwhile, Aria, Emily and Spencer are shocked when they see someone who reminds them a lot of Ali. When this mysterious person turns around, the girls realize it's not Ali -- but it IS someone who knew Ali very well. CeCe Drake was a friend of Ali's and knows a lot about the Liars. Plus, she used to date Jason.
After a delivery from "A," Hanna is more certain than ever she is about to be framed and she's desperate for answers, so Hanna and Aria head to Radley to see Mona. Since Hanna doesn't have visiting privileges, Aria heads in to talk to Mona. She doesn't learn much, so Hanna decides to sneak in. The girls track down Mona, who tells them through a secret code that someone's "Not Safe." Thanks to Mona's secret messages to them, they also discover a website which features a photo of Maya and asks for a password!
Elsewhere, Ella goes on a date with Pastor Ted. It doesn't go well, but she does seem to hit it off with Zach from the coffee shop. Alison's father returns to town. Nate tells Emily he has a date with Jenna. And Jason gets drunk and has a car accident. Spencer helps him cover it up, which calls for Toby lying to the police to protect her.
