Caputo declares all-out war on contraband and sets his sights on Red - but his own guards might end up as targets. Piper gets singled out when the inmates believe she gets special treatment.
Piper faces a new backlash over special privileges. Caputo feels pressure to toughen up, and makes changes that result in Fischer's sacking and Mendez coming back. Also, Caputo starts to distrust Red's greenhouse but she takes measures in advance. Rosa's past is explored. The flashbacks cover several bank robberies perpetrated by her group. She meets a young boy in chemo that she later learns to be in remission.
