Synopsis

As news of Peyton's (Hilarie Burton) condition spreads, Mouth (Lee Norris) and Millicent (Lisa Goldstein) struggle to remain a couple and Brooke (Sophia Bush) tries to suss out Julian's (guest star Austin Nichols) intentions.
