Nathan's (James Lafferty) Uncle Cooper (guest star Michael Trucco) comes into town to take Nathan and Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) on a racing trip. On the track, Nathan and Lucas are challenged to a race by the beautiful Daytona (Schuler Fisk) and her smart aleck brother Garrett (guest star Stuart Lafferty), but things go horribly wrong when Nathan loses control of his car and crashes into a wall. Meanwhile, Deb's (Barbara Alyn Woods) addiction to pain pills intensifies and Dan (Paul Johansson) exposes Andy's (guest star Kieran Hutchinson) relationship with Karen (Moira Kelly) to his class.
