Andy was back to work, fresh from anger management training. He insisted on being called Drew, even though Jim continued to call him Andy just to toy with him. Meanwhile, Dwight had decided to shun Andy for the next three years.
Darryl was hosting the safety-training program for the staff of the warehouse, but Michael thought it would be fun to include his office staff in the presentation. Darryl became angry when Michael was second-guessing everything that was being said and basically would not shut up.
Michael took control of Toby's office safety-training class. He got furious when Darryl ordered the rest of the warehouse crew to walk out on it. Darryl accused Michael of living a "nerfy" life and always sitting on his "biscuit", instead of doing actual work.
After Michael's safety-training session was mocked, he vowed to have another session but with props. Dwight wanted to create a "depression quilt". Instead, they decided to have Michael pretend to kill himself by jumping off the roof, but in reality, he was going to be jumping onto a giant trampoline in the parking lot.
Michael decided against the trampoline and instead opted for a giant inflatable castle. Dwight called the office staff out to the parking lot to try and talk Michael out of his "suicide". Then he went so far as to call out the warehouse staff to watch Michael's meltdown.
Jim and Pam pointed out that if Michael jumped onto the inflatable castle, he still would really injure himself. Darryl took charge and tried to talk Michael down from the roof. Darryl called Michael, "Braveheart" to make him feel good. Michael felt like a hero when he stepped down from the roof, much to the relief of his staff.
