Michael calls in to work screaming in pain because he hurt his foot. He wants Pam to come pick him up because he burned his foot on his George Foreman grill while cooking breakfast in bed.
No one wants to pick Michael up, so he asks for Ryan to come get him. Dwight shows up and races out the door to do it instead. In his haste, Dwight crashes his car into a pole in the parking lot. He throws up but then leaves to pick up Michael anyway.
Michael shows up at work on crutches with his foot encased in bubble wrap.
Dwight acts strange around the office and makes friends with Pam, helping her with her MP3 player. But Jim is the only one who notices Dwight's strange behavior.
Michael keeps yelling for Pam. He wants her to rub butter on his foot.
Michael goes to the bathroom and slips and falls off the toilet. He's caught between the toilet and the wall. He wants Ryan to come help and clean him up but there's no way Ryan's going to do it.
Michael finally starts feeling better and announces to the office that it's due to Ryan's kindness. Ryan evidently took four extra-strength aspirin and put them in Michael's pudding.
Dwight passes out at his desk. Jim and Michael take him to the hospital in Meredith's minivan. Michael asks the doctor whether a foot injury is more serious than a head injury. Of course it's not.
Dwight gets a CT scan and Michael tries to put his foot in with Dwight's head to make sure it's okay.
