The team takes down an inner-city meth lab, and while on the bust they also arrest a bystander who is discovered to have guns and other suspicious items in the back of his van. Not sure what he was doing by the meth lab, they take the suspect, Izzy Hooper, in for questioning where he refuses to give up any information. When the team discovers that Izzy has connections to American terrorists they start to aggressively pursue the case, and are able to find his safe house and the terrorist cell he was working with. With the safe house under surveillance, the team discovers that the cell is building bombs and plotting an attack on a bank building in downtown Los Angeles. However, when they arrive at the house to take down the terrorists, they find them on their way to do the job and a firefight ensues. One of the terrorists gets away, and Don and the team find themselves in a dangerous stand off before the final terrorist surrenders.
