NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Episode 20.17 Stranger in a Strange Land

When a marine is killed, the team investigates. They learn that the man worked at a center that helps Afghan immigrants. When they go there, they learn that the man had had a heated discussion with an Afghan. They learn the marine had worked with the Afghan's father while stationed in Afghanistan and had tried to get the man's parents out but the parents were killed by the Taliban. The teams thinks he blamed the marine for his parents' deaths. They try to talk to him but he runs. Then they learn he has bomb-making materials. They eventually apprehend him and he tells them the marine had been trying to help because someone was forcing him to make the bomb, only he doesn't know who. So the team needs to find out who wanted the bomb and what for. Meanwhile, Jimmy Palmer is concerned about his daughter going on a date.
