Synopsis

The team learns that Vance has offered to make Parker the new team leader. Torres refuses to accept him. Parker also wants to turn down the offer, and was about to leave when they get a call of a Naval officer who was buried then came out if the ground and died. Vance asks Parker to accompany them for awhile. They load the body into the coroners van when it explodes. They think the man was planning an attack. So Vance and Harper talk with SecNav and some one from DOD who wants Harper to lead the investigation, Harper reluctantly agrees.
