Synopsis

CONSPIRACY FOLLOW-UP - The shooting of a black community leader is linked to a two-year old crime. Briscoe and Curtis butt heads with the FBI during their investigation which implicates an FBI informant. Meanwhile, McCoy and Ross must battle a hostile and distrustful black community while sorting through the labyrinth of half-truths and cover-ups to determine who the real killer is.
